How can I add a user?

1. Click on “USERS” from the menu.

2. Click on the “ADD USERS” tab available on the top right hand corner.

3. Fill the form and click on “ADD USER”.

4. The newly added user will reflect in the list of active users.


How to delete a user?

1.  Click on “USERS” from the menu.

2.  Locate the user which needs to be deleted in the list of users.

3.  Click on the three dots available on the right side of the user’s name.

4. Click on the “DELETE” button to delete the user.

5. Deleted user will reflect in the list of inactive users.


How to edit a user’s responsibilities?

1. Login from CSR’s account

2. Click on “USERS” from menu

3. Locate the user whose responsibilities needs to be changed

4. Click on three dots available on the the right side of the user’s name and select “REPLACE RESPONSIBILITY”

5. Click on yes to replace responsibility then select a new user to replace the responsibility and click on “SAVE”


How can I reactivate a user?

1.  Click on “USERS” from the menu.

2.  Locate the user which needs to be reactivated in the list of users.

3.  Click on the available on the right side of the user’s name.

4. Click on the “SURE ACTIVATE” to reactivate the user.

5. Reactivated user will reflect in the list of active users.



Can I add more than one user with the same email and/or phone number?

No,Email ID and phone numbers are unique to the system so no user can be created from the same email ID and mobile number.
