● Annexure II of Annual Report: We are excited to introduce a new feature in this release - Annexure II of Annual Report. With this addition, users will now have the ability to seamlessly fill out and submit Annexure II of the Annual Report directly within the ImpactOne platform. This feature aims to streamline the CSR reporting process and provide users with a comprehensive solution for their CSR compliance requirements. ● Impact Assessment Section: A new section has been added inside each Project which captures all the fields required to aid in generating the Annexure II of Annual Report.

● Provision to Show “Surplus” amount of previous years in Financials ● Provision to Show “Setoff” amount of previous years in Admin Panel ● New Report - Project Additional Details Report: This new report aims to
showcase all the information inputted under the Additional Details page within the Projects Section. This helps compare information between different projects.
● File Download: Downloaded Files from ImpactOne to have names of the modules they were downloaded from. Whether they are Reports / Documents / Images, etc..
● Financial Module Revamp: New and improved Financial Module revamp to help provide more flexibility in the Approval process. This change keeps the exact same flow but in a different layout to help users progress through the steps seamlessly.
● Changes to Official Use page inside Organisation: Provided provision to add multiple MoU’s [Master Agreement & Addendums]
● Budget Tile on Dashboard: Added few new values as below: ○ Annual Budget = Two percent of average net profit of the company as per sub-section (5) of section 135
○ Total CSR Obligation = Annual Budget + Surplus arising out of the CSR Projects or programmes or activities of the previous financial years - Amount required to be set-off for the financial year, if any
○ Total Disbursed = Total Disbursed in Projects + Admin and Other Expenses
○ Total Utilized = Total Utilized in Projects + Admin and Other Expenses ○ Excess/Deficit Spent = Total Utilized - Total CSR obligation for the financial year
● General UI fixes

ImpactOne V3.3.4 �� Bug Fixes:
● Fixed an issue with “Auditor” Role in the system where a user with that role was having edit access instead of just View access
● Fixed an issue where Actuals in overhead costs were not editable in Monitoring Finance Section
● Fixed an issue with the Document Section where different types of users were having edit rights instead of just either View rights or no rights at all depending on their Roles.
● Fixed an issue where a field for Indicators inside Projects M&E was not in sync with the M&E plan inside Proposals
● Fixed an issue where uploaded Documents were not being able to be viewed / Downloaded as intended
● Fixed an issue where users were not able to remove Titles under Thrust Area (Proposal>>M&E Plan>>Beneficiary Distribution
● Fixed an issue where CSR Users & NGO Users were able to interchange between roles
