Map
PROJECT - Shows total project count as a heat Map on the map of india.
On hover on each state it shows the Total Projects and Projects Distribution showing the status wise project count.
UTILIZED AMOUNT(As per financial monitoring) - This represents the spatial distribution of data concerning the utilized amounts,recorded at the granular level of budget line items, as part of the financial monitoring for each project
Activities
This feature provides users with a unified interface that aggregates diverse types of activities and updates from multiple sources into a single, cohesive display.
Assets
This comprehensive interface offers users an integrated overview of all
assets associated with individual projects within an organization.This view integrates asset management and project management to ensure that resources are effectively allocated, tracked, and utilized across various projects.
Beneficiaries
Beneficiaries feature is designed to provide comprehensive insights into target and actual values of beneficiaries across various demographics including overall beneficiaries, female beneficiaries, beneficiaries with disabilities (PWD), and affirmative action beneficiaries in live projects for the selected financial year with multiple viewing options and powerful filtering capabilities.
Features:
Tile View: Get a visual representation of beneficiary data with the tile view, offering a quick overview of target and actual values across different beneficiary categories.
Graph View: Dive deeper into beneficiary statistics using the graph view, allowing for visual analysis and comparison of target and actual values over time .
Table View: Access detailed beneficiary information in a structured table format, complete with filters to view data based on specific project parameters such as project ID, project name, thrust area, subcategory, SDG, and Schedule VII.
Financials
Financials feature provides users with comprehensive insights into financial data related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) obligations. With graph view, card view, and powerful filtering options, users can effortlessly track and analyze CSR-related financial metrics for the selected financial year.
Features:
Graph View: Visualize CSR financial data through intuitive graph representations, enabling users to grasp trends and patterns at a glance. Gain insights into CSR obligations, utilized amounts, allocated amounts, disbursed amounts, unspent amounts, and 2% average net profit for the selected financial year.
Card View: Access summarized financial information in a clear and concise card format, providing quick access to key metrics .
Interactive Filtering: Utilize flexible filtering options to tailor the view of financial data based on various criteria. This allows users to focus on specific financial metrics and projects of interest.
CSR Obligation:2% Avg. Net Profit [last 3 yrs] + Surplus from Previous Years - Setoff from Previous Years
Allocated: Amount allocated for projects, impact assessment and/or admin expenses out of the total CSR Obligation
Disbursed: Amount transferred from allocated amount for projects, impact assessments and admin expenses.
