  1. SUMMARY

 Map

  • PROJECT - Shows total project count as a heat Map on the map of india.

  • On hover on each state it shows the Total Projects and Projects Distribution showing the status wise project count.

  • UTILIZED AMOUNT(As per financial monitoring) - This represents the spatial distribution of data concerning the utilized amounts,recorded at the granular level of budget line items, as part of the financial monitoring for each project 


Activities

This feature provides users with a unified interface that aggregates diverse types of activities and updates from multiple sources into a single, cohesive display.


Assets 

This comprehensive interface offers users an integrated overview of all 


assets associated with individual projects within an organization.This view integrates asset management and project management to ensure that resources are effectively allocated, tracked, and utilized across various projects.


Beneficiaries

Beneficiaries feature is  designed to provide comprehensive insights into target and actual values of beneficiaries across various demographics including overall beneficiaries, female beneficiaries, beneficiaries with disabilities (PWD), and affirmative action beneficiaries in live projects for the selected financial year with multiple viewing options and powerful filtering capabilities.


Features:


Tile View: Get a visual representation of beneficiary data with the tile view, offering a quick overview of target and actual values across different beneficiary categories.


Graph View: Dive deeper into beneficiary statistics using the graph view, allowing for visual analysis and comparison of target and actual values over time .


Table View: Access detailed beneficiary information in a structured table format, complete with filters to view data based on specific project parameters such as project ID, project name, thrust area, subcategory, SDG, and Schedule VII.



Financials

Financials feature  provides users with comprehensive insights into financial data related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) obligations. With graph view, card view, and powerful filtering options, users can effortlessly track and analyze CSR-related financial metrics for the selected financial year.




Features:


Graph View: Visualize CSR financial data through intuitive graph representations, enabling users to grasp trends and patterns at a glance. Gain insights into CSR obligations, utilized amounts, allocated amounts, disbursed amounts, unspent amounts, and 2% average net profit for the selected financial year.


Card View: Access summarized financial information in a clear and concise card format, providing quick access to key metrics .


Interactive Filtering: Utilize flexible filtering options to tailor the view of financial data based on various criteria. This allows users to focus on specific financial metrics and projects of interest.


  • CSR Obligation:2% Avg. Net Profit [last 3 yrs] + Surplus from Previous Years - Setoff from Previous Years

  • Allocated: Amount allocated for projects, impact assessment and/or admin expenses out of the total CSR Obligation

  • Disbursed: Amount transferred from allocated amount for projects, impact assessments and admin expenses.

  • Utilized: Utilized in Projects + Utilized in Admin Expenses + Utilized in Impact Assessment

  • Unspent Amounts: Unspent CSR  account details for the unspent amount pertaining to ‘ongoing projects’ from the last three financial years

Status Tracking: Stay informed about the status of organization , proposal and projects in real-time, enabling proactive decision-making and timely interventions when necessary.


Dynamic Data Filtering: Easily filter data based on various criteria such as organization name, project status, proposal Id, and more. This allows users to quickly hone in on specific information relevant to their needs


Effortless Downloading: Seamlessly download filtered data directly from the table view interface.

 Thrust Area feature  provides users with detailed insights into the actual and target values of beneficiaries across various demographic categories within specific thrust areas and their subcategories. This feature empowers users to analyze beneficiary data, project counts, and geographic distribution, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.


Features:


Beneficiary Analysis by Thrust Area: Access actual and target values of overall beneficiaries, female beneficiaries, beneficiaries with disabilities (PWD), and Affirmative Action beneficiaries categorized by thrust areas and their respective subcategories.


Project Count Visualization: View the count of projects associated with specific thrust areas and subcategories for the selected financial year, enabling users to understand the scope and focus of projects within each thematic area.


Geographic Filtering: Further refine data by applying state and district filters, allowing users to analyze beneficiary statistics and project distribution at a more granular level based on geographic location.

Indicators consolidate output indicators derived from deliverables and  outcome and impact indicators from various projects into a single, accessible platform. This feature empowers users to analyze indicators for individual thrust areas and subcategories, apply statistical tools for data analysis, and create customizable views tailored to their preferences.


 Features:


Indicator Repository: Access outcome and impact indicators from different projects in one centralized location, streamlining data management and analysis.


Statistical Analysis Tools: Apply various statistical tools such as sum, mean, median, mode, min, max, range, and standard deviation to analyze indicator data, providing valuable insights for decision-making and performance evaluation.


Customizable Views: Create and save customized views based on specific preferences and requirements. Views created by admin are visible to all team members, while views created by individual team members are private to them.


Indicator Pinning: Pin important indicators for quick access and reference, allowing users to prioritize key metrics and focus areas.


State-Wise Indicator Analysis: Gain granular insights into indicator data by examining it state-wise, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of project performance and impact at the regional level.
