1. SDG Indicator: Navigate to SDG indicator section under monitoring.
2.Accessing Editing Option: Click on the pencil button next to the line item to initiate editing.
3.Entering Actuals: Enter the actual value against the target for the respective line item.
3.Save Details: Click on "ADD" button to save the actuals entered.
