Beneficiaries: Beneficiary refers to the specific individual, community, or organization that directly experiences positive changes or improvements in socio-economic conditions, infrastructure, services, or other aspects targeted by the project's interventions. They are the primary recipients of the project's efforts to address development challenges. Identifying beneficiaries is crucial for ensuring that project activities are tailored to their needs, priorities, and aspirations, ultimately leading to meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
1.Navigate to M&E Plan: Start by navigating to the M&E plan on the menu bar. First, select Beneficiaries tab.
2.Add Target: Click on the “Add Targets” button to start editing.
3.Total Beneficiary: Start by adding the total beneficiaries of the proposal/project.
4. Add Beneficiary Description: Enter the beneficiary description in the box.
5.Enter target: Enter the target beneficiary in the given box.
6. Enter Target Category: Enter the target category, from drop down, Cumulative or Recurring.
7. Unit Of measurement: Enter the unit of measurement for the given target.
8.Select frequency: Select the frequency of the intervention from the drop down: Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly, Yearly.
9.Setting Project Dates: Select the start date and end date of the project.
10.Enter target distribution: Distribute the target in the distribution boxes as per your intervention frequency.
Click on “Save” and proceed to next step.
Note: Similarly, add the other standard deliverables, which is applicable to the proposal/project. ( Total Affirmative Action -ST/SC, Total Female, Total PWD )
